New Ballroom Dance Classes Starting at Oglethorpe University

7 class series starts Monday, May 9 through June 27, 2011 -We DO have class on Monday Night May 30 - Memorial Day (Off June 13)

Monday Nights
Ballroom I
- for newcomers where we teach the basics in foxtrot, waltz,swing and
rumba. Classes include 50 minute lesson, 10 minute community updates
and 25 minutes of practice time. (About 1 1/2 hours) Starts at 7:00 PM
on Monday Nights.
Ballroom 2 - A continuation of the curriculum from
Ballroom 1 with the addition of Tango. Must have completed Ballroom 1
or have approval of instructor. Starts at 7:00 PM.
Ballroom 3 - a continuation of the curriculum form Ballroom 1 and 2 with more patterns and technique for social dancers. Starts at 8:30PM(you can arrive at 8:00 for practice time!).
Tango and Cha Cha 1 (prerequisite - Ballroom 3)
Exciting inroduction to two fun dances - Tango and Cha Cha.
8:30 PM (you can arrive at 8:00 for practice time)
Classes include 50 minute lesson, 10 minute community updates
and 25 minutes of practice time. (About 1 1/2 hours)
Cost for all series is $65 per person.
Repeats are $35 per person.(ballroom 1,2 and 3 only)
Discounted tuition for current Oglethorpe University Students - $45 per OU Student.
Singles or Couples welcome.
No Partner Necessary.
